Q1: Are your perfumes authentic? A: Yes, absolutely. We take pride in selling only 100% original fragrances sourced from reputable suppliers. We do not sell testers or imitations.

Q2: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within Europe, and 7-10 days for international shipping.

Q3: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over €100.

Q4: Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the smell? A: Unfortunately, for hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened perfumes. We accept returns only if the product is still sealed in its original plastic wrapping.

Q5: Do you send samples with orders? A: Yes! Every order comes with 2 free samples of our latest arrivals so you can discover new scents.

Q6: How can I track my package? A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
